Mobile App Tip: Report a claim on Your Phone

Are you one of the lucky ones who's never been in an accident? 

 

So, how would you know what to do at the scene? For most people, it's a time of anxiety...even if it's just a fender bender. The Knight Insurance mobile app to the rescue! 

Click on Auto Claim and follow the prompts.  The app will ask you one question at a time, and when you get to the screen to describe what happened, you can attach photos. Click Submit to send to us.  You can optionally send yourself a confirmation email of the claim. 

At an anxious time, it’s comforting to know that there’s a tool in the palm of your hand that will walk you through all the information you need to obtain.
