Ownership
Knight Insurance Group is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an employee, you earn shares in the agency AT NO COST TO YOU. Shares are allocated based upon your years of service and salary. Each year, shares are deposited into your Ownership Fund. As an owner of the agency, you share in the value of the agency. As it grows and the stock price increases, your fund balance increases. The ESOP structure is “perpetual perpetuation” ensuring consistent ownership over time.
Knight Insurance Group is the only employee-owned agency in the region.
