Knight Insurance Group Named Top Workplace

Energage (formerly known as Workplace Dynamics) has named Knight Insurance Group a Top Workplace for 2018.   The firm, partnered with The Blade, conducts employee surveys that cover areas such as Effectiveness, Leadership, Alignment, and Connection.  Energage collects and analyzes the results and runs statistical tests to verify the outcomes.  This is the first year that Knight Insurance Group participated in the survey.

The firm is in the midst of an office expansion into the building next to its headquarters on Erie Street.  The expansion will provide needed space for its growing business and personal insurance departments.  “Our goal in 2018 is to increase revenue by 20 percent—and do it organically,” says Bud Bonner, CEO.  “The new expanded office will house a yoga studio, modern kitchen, and some underground parking.  We are very excited about the improvements.”
