Sunday, September 17, 2017, noon to 4 is the opportunity to Wander the Warehouse District. Nearly 1,000 visitors from all over the area gathered last year for a behind-the-scenes look into the hottest urban scene in northwest Ohio. This year’s tour sites are especially exciting!

The Berdan Building (pictured below, located on the corner of Erie and Washington) has drawn huge interest and curiosity. The ARK Restoration Building (across from the Oliver House at 20 Broadway) is now complete as two apartments and a 6000-square foot residence. Another exciting stop on the tour is the newly purchased Commerce Paper (next to the Bartley Lofts). Other featured stops are the Oliver House Distillery (201 Morris St), West Erie Realty Solutions (323 Lafayette St), 913 Washington St and 100 South Huron.
