Chief Operations Officer

Diane’s employment resume is short. She has worked her entire career at Knight Insurance Group, starting in 1985. As such, she has worked in nearly every capacity of the agency except sales. This breadth of experience has given Diane a unique edge in her current role as COO. Diane holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. She has served on the Ohio Insurance Agents Association board, government affairs, and internship committees. She served on the Westfield Agents Association board from 2014-2019 (president in 2018) and sits on the Bowling Green State University Insurance Committee.
