New Account Administor

NaJiya Whitman is a New Account Administrator at Knight Insurance. NaJiya attended Wayne State University and Tiffin University and will be continuing her education at the University of Toledo with a degree in Business Management and minor in Marketing.

She specializes in the initial stages of setting up new personal insurance clients. This includes setting up policies, verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and delivering exceptional customer service. She serves as a key liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to ensure a smooth and efficient account setup process. She takes pleasure in learning about the business and acquiring knowledge for client support.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan NaJiya moved to Ohio at the age of thirteen and now resides in Toledo. NaJiya is the founder of a newly launched event planning business NJOYFUL ENTERTAINMENT dedicated to curating unique events and vibrant festivals that bring the community together. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that celebrate connection, culture, and creativity. Outside of her professional work, NaJiya is a proud mother who treasures quality time with her daughter—whether they're exploring kids’ events, crafting, or enjoying their favorite weekend spots.
