Jane's passion lies in assisting customers with policy information, changes, premiums, and claims. In 2016, she was honored as the Professional Insurance Agents National Customer Service Representative of the Year in Washington, DC. Residing in Rising Sun, Ohio, Jane and her husband enjoy hobby farming and spending time with their grandchildren.
