Talent Development Leader

Bridgett Purpich is our Talent Development Leader at Knight Insurance Group and has been with the company since 2000. Over the years, she has worked in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, making it a perfect history with the agency to Onboard employees, Development Training, Designation Tracking, Intern Program, Educational needs, and ideas for building new things!

She holds designations as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Analytic Broker(CAB). Bridgett has received numerous awards for technology and service, including being a two-time winner of the Ohio Customer Service Representative of the Year. Bridgett also speaks to local junior high school students about bullying and suicide, aiming to make a positive impact.
