Are my personal belongings covered while traveling abroad?

Yes.  Your belongings are covered while you are anywhere in the world.  A limitation of 10 percent of your contents limit applies, however.  So if you have $40,000 in contents coverage, only $4,000 would be available for contents abroad.  Typically, this is more than sufficient.
