Our Culture.  How We Become the Agency of Choice

Values drive behavior.  It’s a fundamental principle of human nature.  We behave based upon what’s important to us.  If we believe deeply in something, our behavior becomes passionate.  If we are lukewarm on a value, we’ll behave inconsistently.

This principle about values drove us to spend some time defining our values, and from our values, what specific behaviors we expect from our team members.  Values drive behaviors, and behaviors produce outcomes (VBO).  Our VBO or Core Values Statement was created with guidance from Tim and Bryan Kight of Focus 3 Culture.

Our people strive every day to be your Agency of Choice.   Our people value exceptional standards, enduring relationships, and have a relentless focus to serve our business and family clients.

 

 

Agency of Choice Awards.  Making it Real

The Agency of Choice Awards are a visible symbol of recognition to those team members who display Agency of Choice behaviors.  Nominations are provided by fellow employees, so it’s especially gratifying to be acknowledged.  Here are the categories and winners from our 2017 Annual Meeting.
